Shipping policy
YEO CARGO LLC is not liable for fragile goods that are not properly packed for export, for physical or internal damage to the merchandise, or for boxes exceeding the recommended weight or the weight capacity of the box itself.
YEO CARGO LLC offers cargo insurance (optional), which is highly recommended to protect the value of your goods during transit.
Insurance 1 - BASIC (Optional)
Cost: USD $5.00 per box.
Maximum coverage: USD $100.00
Coverage type: Exclusively for loss, misplacement, or total theft of the box.
Claim requirements: Commercial invoice not required.
Exclusions: Does not cover damage, breakage, fragile items, partial shortages, customs seizures, or misdeclared merchandise.
Insurance 2 - BASIC (Optional)
Cost: USD $10.00 per box.
Maximum coverage: USD $200.00
Coverage type: Exclusively for loss, misplacement, or total theft of the box.
Claim requirements: Commercial invoice not required.
Exclusions: Does not cover damage, breakage, fragile items, partial shortages, customs seizures, or misdeclared merchandise.
Insurance 3 - FULL Coverage (Optional)
Cost: 10% of the insured value.
Maximum coverage: Up to 100% of the insured value.
Type of coverage: Partial or total loss, or proven theft (subject to assessment).
Mandatory requirements: Original invoice for the contents. Mandatory pre-shipment inspection. Proper packaging. Clear photographic and documentary evidence of the loss or theft.
Exclusions: Does not cover damage, breakage, fragile items, customs seizures, or misdeclared merchandise.
Insurance 4 - PREMIUM Electronic Equipment (Optional)
Cost: 20% of the insured value.
Maximum coverage: Up to 100% of the insured value.
Type of coverage: Partial or total loss, or proven theft (subject to assessment).
Mandatory requirements: Original invoice for the equipment. Mandatory pre-shipment inspection; approved packaging. Clear photographic and documentary evidence of the loss or theft.
Exclusions: Does not cover damage, breakage, fragile items, customs seizures, or misdeclared merchandise.
Absolute Exclusion of Liability Without Insurance: In the event that THE CLIENT does not purchase insurance, declares incorrect values, fails to provide an invoice, or fails to meet the established requirements, YEO CARGO LLC shall have no obligation whatsoever to indemnify, reimburse, or compensate THE CLIENT. In such cases, any compensation provided shall be exceptional, discretionary, and non-mandatory, and shall not constitute a precedent. Under no circumstances shall YEO CARGO LLC reimburse expenses incurred for freight payments to the shipping line, airline, and/or their transport partners; reimbursement shall be limited to the value of the insured package/box/parcel in accordance with the purchased coverage. If a claim regarding insured merchandise proceeds, the applicable amount shall be issued as a credit note for the payment of future shipments.
In the event of loss, total theft, or misplacement of merchandise—and provided THE CLIENT has decided NOT TO INSURE the value of their goods—we will only cover $1.00 per pound transported, up to a maximum of $100.00. This amount will be issued as a credit note to be applied toward future shipments.

The client acknowledges that their merchandise is subject to inspection and security regulations imposed by authorities governing the transport of goods in both the country of origin and the destination country.
The importation and transport of goods that are prohibited for sale—either nationally or in the country of origin—and which are harmful, hazardous, risky, or toxic to health, or which cause environmental pollution, are strictly prohibited; THE CLIENT shall be held liable for any applicable civil, criminal, or administrative penalties.
The following materials are considered prohibited for importation under this list (or any future additions) and in accordance with the customs laws of the countries involved:

Electronic cigarettes (vapes)
Antminers (Bitcoin mining machines)
Securities, cash, traveler's checks, credit and/or debit cards, and documents.
Used or refurbished electronic items, such as mobile phones, computers, laptops, servers, etc.
Tobacco and cigarettes.
Gold jewelry, high-value items (art objects, precious stones)
Live or dead animals, untreated hides/furs, natural plants. Firearms or their components, knives, pocket knives, ammunition, air guns or paintball guns, or replicas.
Marbles and ball bearings of any material.
Balaclavas and all types of helmets: Kevlar, motorcycle, bicycle, mountaineering, among others.
Gas masks
Slingshots of any type (made of any material)
Suede work gloves
Fishing weights
Batons
Safety glasses
Baseball or softball bats and balls
Oils for cars, motorcycles, or any other vehicle
Batteries for cars, motorcycles, or any other vehicle
Drones
Counterfeit or pirated goods
Pornographic material
Compressed gases, flammable items, spray paint, tear gas, or hairspray/deodorants in aerosol form
Flammable, toxic, corrosive, or oxidizing products; matches
Medical instruments, glassware
More than three items of the same category in a single box will be considered a commercial import
