VENEZUELA

Frequently Asked Questions - from Vzla

1- WHAT IS THE ADDRESS SHOULD I USE WHEN PURCHASING ONLINE?

Before purchasing from any online store, we recommend that you open your Virtual Locker and register the data where you wish to receive your orders in Venezuela. When you register, you will receive an email with the personalized assignment of your Locker, as well as the address and information that you must use when managing your purchases.

Miami: 8550 Nw 61St St. Miami, FL. 33166.

Knoxville: 1219 Hilton Rd Suite H. Knoxville, TN 37921

2- ONCE I MAKE MY PURCHASE ONLINE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Once you have purchased and have the Tracking Number for your order, you must report it in the New Alert section of your Virtual Mailbox. We require this information to be attentive to your order and receipt of your physical order. If you have already purchased, go to My Locker and report.

3- HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PURCHASE ORDER HAS ARRIVED AT THE WAREHOUSE

Once we receive your orders in warehouse, we will notify you via email. When you authorize us, we will send you to your destination according to the mode of transportation that you have selected from your Locker.

4- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A PACKAGE TO BE LOADED IN MY LOCKER?

The Packages are loaded into your Locker within 24-48 business hours from satisfactory delivery (you automatically receive a notification in your email). There are exceptions, such as tracking delivered by postal mail (USPS).

It is very common for USPS to make erroneous updates on its platform, both of the delivery date, other cases that these must be picked up at the post office or that they have been delivered to an individual (Delivered, Left with Individual - refers to a contractor independent who will make the final delivery) . In any of the situations, the packages must always be delivered to our warehouse (without exception), and you must wait approx. 5-10 business days after they notify satisfactory delivery. After this period of time and if it is not yet assigned to your locker, notify us to carry out a respective review.

5- IF I MAKE SEVERAL PURCHASES, CAN YOU WAIT FOR MY LAST ORDER TO ARRIVE AND SEND EVERYTHING TO MY DESTINATION?

Yes. Whether you have made several purchases online, from different suppliers or they arrive on different days; We can store your orders free of charge (for up to 30 days). When you have all your merchandise in your Locker, select the modality (air or sea) and we will proceed to prepare the shipment of your goods. We commonly call this CONSOLIDATION and it allows you to group all your orders and avoid charges for minimum freight shipments.

6- HOW IS MY SHIPPING CHARGED?

The freight value depends on the characteristics of your package/package/box and the shipping method you choose. So you can see it better:

For Air Shipping ✈, the weight (Pounds) or weight/volume (Weight/Volumetric) of your box is taken into account 📦 and whichever is greater is the reference for calculating the freight.

Follow the formula:

Length x Width x Height / 166 = Weight Volume (Vlb).

This way you can compare whether the volumetric weight (box size) is greater than the actual weight (physical weight) or vice versa.

Under the Maritime modality 🚢 the freight cost is calculated based on the volume (Ft3). Physical weight will only be referential, so you should not worry about this last piece of information.

To get the volume of your box, follow the formula:

Length x Width x Height / 1728 = Volume (Ft3)

Because each order is different, we cannot provide freight quotes based on the number of items you are purchasing; since the store adapts the quantity of products you buy to a particular box/package. That is, there is no box/packaging with established dimensions to determine the freight cost before you buy.

Therefore, it is necessary that your order arrives at your Locker, the measurements/weight are taken and thus determine the exact freight cost and indicate it to you so that you can choose the modality that best suits your needs (air or sea).

Important note:

The cost of shipping or freight is not related to the value/price you have paid for your order/merchandise. The price of your shipment is related solely and exclusively to the weight or weight/volume (in air) or volume (in sea) of the merchandise to be transported.

* To calculate the volume in both modes, the measurements must be expressed in Inches.

7- WHERE CAN I SEE MY INVOICES?

Enter your Virtual Locker and go to the MY INVOICES section.

8- WHEN SHOULD I PAY FOR MY SHIPPING?

As this is a transportation and delivery service, all shipments must be prepaid for subsequent shipment; Therefore, you must make the payment immediately when you receive the invoice in your email (often check your spam or mailbox). This is generated between Monday-Tuesday of each week so that your shipment can be coordinated for the nearest departure.

Remember, with invoices pending payment, we cannot coordinate the shipping of your orders/packages to your destination. If you have them, you must manage the payment as soon as possible and thus avoid unnecessary delays.

9- HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY SHIPPING?

From your Locker you can pay for your shipments through PayPal and/or Credit/Debit Card in $ USD.
