1. Buy your items, organize them in a Heavy Duty Box (Home Depot).
2. Fill out the Pickup form on our website or request it via WhatsApp.
3. You can drop off your box at an affiliated office in any US city, or we can pick it up at your home.
4. Pay your shipping bill via Zelle or card.
5. We take care of the transportation and the entire logistics process.
6. We deliver your shipment directly to your door at its destination.

Residents in South America (Online Shopping):

1. Open your FREE Virtual Mailbox with your country's information (Then check the email with the coordinates to buy).
2. Buy your items online at the store of your choice and have them sent to your assigned mailbox in the USA.
3. Report the tracking number of your order number (from your mailbox)
4. Once your orders arrive at your assigned mailbox, you will receive an email and you can view the details in your mailbox account.
5. Pay your shipping bill via Zelle, and afterwards all your purchases will be shipped to your destination.
6. You expect your packages to be delivered to the comfort of your home.
